Catherine & James

A big CONGRATULATIONS! goes out today to Catherine Njambi and James Mwangi, for being selected this week's Students of the Week. James is in Cohort 1 and Catherine is in Cohort 2. In her notes for this week, Catherine reminds us to use whatever we have, no matter how small, to do good work...
"What do you have? The story of the widow with the jar of oil reminds me of the incidence of Moses in Exodus 4:2 in the wilderness as he led the Israelites. He too was asked the same question. Both viewed the items they had as simple and insignificant but God used them mightily. Never despise what you have no matter how little it is. It could be a poem that could save someone's life, it could be a written article that could save a marriage, it could be a song that will bring healing to the broken-hearted, or it could be a meal that would lead someone to salvation. Whatever it is, use it to bring glory to God!"
Let these words serve as a daily reminder to us to always be looking for our next opportunity.
