Congratulations to Monicah Mureithi for be selected Student of the Week. Monicah continues to move forward in her studies, even though she finds herself struggling in life. She is always upbeat and hopeful, and always looks to God for her strength. This week, Monicah shared these words about maintaining strong, positive personal relationships. She reminds us all how we should be treating those who we live with and work with.
One thing that will change the way I think is the fact that Jesus calls us back to a different view of the world where people are to be loved, not used, where faithfulness is a deep and powerful characteristic of our lives. God values our relationship with one another as it is demonstrated in the scriptures, that If we have anything against our brothers or sisters we should reconcile before offering any sacrifice before God.

I was surprised to know that we’ve become experts at sarcasm and insults. We are experts at destroying relationships, but we all know it is a lot easier to destroy a relationship than it is to restore one. It begins with disrespect, with demeaning, with degrading. This has become a part of us, yet its so difficult to rebuild an image after we destroy it.
For being recognized as Student of the Week, Monicah will receive a Safaricom data/voice bundle worth 1500KES. Well done, Monicah!
