The world is constantly presenting us with complex problems to be solved. Great leaders view these challenges as opportunities to move forward with creativity and innovation. These individuals approach situations from many different perspectives before taking action. They consistently think outside the box as they work to make positive social change. This course features 24 different speakers from across the globe as they deliver their own unique, powerful TED Talks on the subject of creative problem solving. TED is a nonprofit devoted to spreading ideas, in the form of short, powerful talks (18 minutes or less). TED, which stands for "Technology, Entertainment and Design" covers almost all areas — from science, to business to global issues — in more than 100 languages. TEDx events help share ideas in communities around the world.
