HOPE School's purpose and learning outcomes are based on our graduate profile – the characteristics we seek to develop in all our graduates. These learning outcomes guide our curriculum development and drive us on a daily basis. We are committed to challenging the ‘Big Man Syndrome’ and leadership power plays in preference for servant leadership. We want to produce servants who are self-aware and who seek to develop and empower others rather than seeking service from or adoration of others.
