1.0.0 Lead Like Jesus

Embark on a transformative journey to discover a profound and effective way to influence others in every relationship of your life. This course will challenge your understanding of leadership, revealing that everyone, regardless of title or position, is a leader because leadership is fundamentally a process of influence. It moves beyond traditional organizational charts to emphasize the profound impact you have in your role relationships as a parent, spouse, friend, or citizen.

At its core, leading like Jesus means embracing His "not so with you" mandate – a radical call to serve rather than be served. This isn't just a moral ideal; it's presented as the most effective path, rooted in Jesus's unconditional love and wisdom, and His personal experience as a carpenter facing the everyday challenges of work and life. The course begins by looking inward, emphasizing personal leadership and urging you to answer two critical questions: "Whose am I?" (choosing to please God above earthly power or opinions) and "Who am I?" (discovering your life's purpose in alignment with God's plan). This internal alignment helps to overcome the persistent barrier of a heart motivated by self-interest, often termed "Edging God Out", by learning to "Exalt God Only". This shift replaces pride and fear with humility and God-grounded confidence.

You'll explore how this servant heart translates into a servant leader's head – their belief system and perspective. This means developing a compelling vision for your life and influence, clearly articulating your mission, a positive picture of the future, and non-negotiable values, exemplified by Jesus's two greatest commandments: "Love God" and "Love your neighbor". This visionary role is coupled with an implementation role, where leaders "flip the pyramid upside down," serving those on the front lines to empower them.

The course then delves into the practical hands of a servant leader, focusing on behavioral change. You'll learn to act as a performance coach, guiding others from novices to master/teachers by providing tailored direction and support, just as Jesus developed His disciples. This involves honest, loving feedback and a commitment to preparing others for future leadership, seeing them as an investment rather than a threat.

Finally, the course highlights the vital habits that sustain this transformative leadership. These include cultivating solitude to hear God's voice and make wise choices, engaging in prayer as your first response to challenges, dwelling in Scripture for divine instruction, and understanding that to lead like Jesus, you must love like Jesus, letting His unconditional love flow through you to those you influence.

Leading like Jesus is not about perfection, but a constant pursuit that redefines success as a loving commitment to honor God by serving others. This journey promises to radically transform your leadership, fostering extraordinary loyalty, trust, and productivity. Are you willing to answer the call to "Come, follow me" and learn to lead like Jesus?
