2025 Orientation & INTAKE
Hello, HOPE School family. I'd like to welcome you to the 2025 orientation and intake process. if you're seeing this message, it's because you filled out an application and we're ready to get you started through the orientation course so that you can begin regular courses with us soon. there's just a few things you need to know about the 2025 intake process.
The first thing that you're going to want to do is join our WhatsApp orientation group. in that group, you're going to be able to read daily updates for the intake process, as well as ask questions if you have those along the way. Please check below for the link to join the orientation WhatsApp group.
The second thing you were going to need to do is request your username and password for our Canvas platform. You will need us to create your username and password and send you those details so that you can login to your orientation course. When you fill out the form to request your orientation access login, please give us 24 hours to reply back to you with your login credentials.
Once you receive your username and password from us, you will be able to login to the Canvas platform and begin the orientation course. You should be able to complete the course in just a few days.
This online orientation is a requirement for anyone who wants to join our regular courses that will begin in January 2026. This orientation is meant to help you understand exactly what hope school is all about, how online learning works, and what the expectations are for our new students.
Once you are logged in to the Orientation course, you can start reading the course introduction and reviewing the links to the five sections of the orientation course. All five sections will have a little bit for you to read, a short video to watch, and something to turn in. Submitting your checklist for each section is very important. When you submit your section checklist, that lets us know that you're finished with that step and ready to move onto the next step. If you will read the instructions for each section, you should know exactly what to do.
